The Steel Security Accommodation Units that we manufacture are based on the Security Store i.e. the 'shell' and then modified to include personnel door, windows with steel shutters, lined and insulated internally, electric's and vinyl floor covering.

These units offer a high standard of accommodation that can be secured when not in use. Such uses are offices, welfare units, toilets etc.

We also provide extras, for example staircases when stacking is required, twistlocks for stacking, sink units and partitioning.

Specification
General
Welded HR4 grade steel construction comprising 3mm framework with 1.6mm corrugated roof and side panels, ISO type corner blocks top and bottom for ease of stacking and transportation.
Forklift tunnels in base frame fitted as standard.

Interior
Walls and ceiling lined and insulated with 40mm glass fibre slab. Ceiling finished in 3.6mm white ply, walls finished in 3.6mm decorative vinyl faced ply that is wipe clean. Floor is 18mm ply with heavy-duty vinyl bonded and joints welded.

Electric's
Consumer unit, fluorescent light fittings, double power points, 2kw convector heaters and external isolator. All units independently tested and certified.

Windows
Double sliding with steel shutters that lock internally and are lockable when office is double stacked at high level.

Doors
Steel outward opening with 5-lever deadlock. Width complies with wheelchair access regulations.

Finish
Units are thoroughly cleaned and degreased prior to painting. Units painted with a pigmented modified alkyd paint system.
